"Pine Island Youth Soccer Association (PIYSA) will promote the growth of soccer as a sport in the community of Pine Island. PIYSA will provide each player the opportunity to play soccer in a positive and supportive learning environment which emphasizes fun, sportsmanship, and skill development through equal participation regardless of ability."
